Paragraph 7 (2) of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On the specifics of the organization and implementation of state control (supervision), municipal control" is supplemented by paragraph 2, according to which it is allowed to issue an order in the implementation of municipal control in the field of landscaping.

Since 09.06.2023, the amendments made to the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation have been in effect, according to which administrative responsibility has been established for non-fulfillment by officials of regulatory bodies and institutions of the obligation to issue an order to eliminate identified violations or to take measures to prevent harm (damage) to legally protected values.
