The Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office explains that as a result of the changes made to the legislation within the framework of municipal control, it becomes permissible to issue prescriptions based on the results of an on-site survey.

If violations of mandatory requirements are detected by the local self-government body during the on-site inspection, then an on-site inspection report is drawn up, which is sent to the controlled person, and an order is issued to eliminate the detected violations. The assessment of the execution of such an order is carried out only through control (supervisory) measures without interaction.
